I’m a licensed real estate agent and mortgage lender, which gives me a perspective most agents don’t have: I understand both sides of the financing conversation that ultimately decides whether a deal closes.

I founded Paramount Properties Hawaii to give clients something the industry has been slow to offer a real choice. Some clients want full representation from strategy to closing. We coordinate closely with escrow, title, lenders, and all parties to bring the deal to close cleanly. Our work doesn’t end at an accepted offer — it ends at the keys.
